Type the job number and the crew who worked it fills in from SmartMoving. Tap a name to add or drop them.
Type a job number to pull its crew.
The customer name is recorded but never used to match anyone — only the job number decides credit. Reviews in Nicole's Review Log sheet are read in automatically; log here only what is not in that sheet.
Late, truck not out on time, call offs and no call no shows come from Matthew's tardy log — don't add those here too, or they count twice. Everything else is recorded here, including came in same day, which is now entered by hand and nothing else can work out: the schedule knows who was on a job, not who came in at short notice.
The person sees the note on their own page, under the entry, and it is printed on a write-up beside the reason. Nothing is worked out from it.
Charged to one person, not the crew. Private — shows on their report only, never on the TV.
Emails every active mover a link to their own page. Anyone who has left is left out. Links last 20 minutes and work once, and the email tells them where to get a fresh one.
Newest first, and it checks again every 30 seconds on its own.
Paste Matthew's weekly Connecteam export — name and hours, one per line. Names are matched to the roster; anything that doesn't match comes back so you can decide.
Comes off the whole pool before it splits. Type the full amount including the $50 third-party handler fee — nothing is added on top. Andrew, 28 September: "its something I will add into the claim amount when I enter the claim in".
Nobody ticked — the pool takes the claim, no one takes points.
From SmartMoving's Revenue Forecast report. Once the daily report email is connected this fills itself in, and its figure takes over.
Everyone on the roster shares regardless of hours. The roster only holds crew who actually worked jobs, so this never pays someone who wasn't there.
What runs on its own, and when it last did. On their own these only ever rebuild the current month. To correct a month that has closed, fix it in the sheet, pick that month at the top of this page, then run the job.
Somebody set up in Connecteam and then working their first job used to arrive twice, once through each door. The month then splits across the two — points on one, hours on the other, and neither reaching the 100-hour minimum. Tick the account to keep and merge: points, reviews, hours, bonuses, deductions and sign-ins all move to it, and every month recalculates, including ones already paid. The spare row is kept, off the roster, as the record of the merge.
Anyone who works a job in SmartMoving is added here automatically. Mark someone Left, no notice and their share is forfeited and spread across everyone still working. Someone marked Left, gave notice still earns their share for the month they worked — they stay on this list until the month is over, then drop off on the 1st.
